Maybe I’m missing something here, but how do you accurately probe for X & Y with a 1.5" surfacing bit? I watched the video on how to probe with a V-bit, and that makes sense, but because of the larger diameter of the surfacing bit, I don’t think that method is feasible.
Probe xyz with a probeable but, then switch to the surfacing bit and probe z only.
