1F x50 spoilboard

Hey guys, looking for the 1F spoilboard design? The one with the T-Track and sections of MDF.

I know I’ve seen it somewhere but I cannot seem to find it.

You can do a search for it on youtube, but it is so easy you can just design your own.
Just replaced my first spoilboard and corrected some errors.
I put a row of tnuts down the center of each plank, originally I used threaded inserts which was a big mistake, inserts deform the underside of the MDF and if you put in a hold down bolt into the insert too far it will lift the spoilboard, t nuts are much better tho you still have to watch not to tighten the holddown bolts onto the plywood base. when I replace this spoilboard I will drill holes into the plywood benchtop so that holdown bolts will not bottom out, I also flattened the benchtop plywood with the CNC just to keep everything as flat as possible. The Tnuts on my board are spaced 80mm O/C
In my case that was also the on center measurement for the planks so my nuts are 80mm apart on both the X and Y axis. I put the left board on so its left edge is at Xzero and the front edge is at Y zero. On my first attempt which lasted a year, I drilled dog holes after I put the board down, I have not put dog holes into the new board, but if I decide that I need them I can just cut them in using the CNC with the board in place. The right hand plank can be a little under or a little over the machines X axis full range as long as it is within the reach of your flattening bit. Make sure you countersink the screws into the top of the MDF so that when you flatten the spilboard you do not cut the screwheads. If you are new to CNC’s designing your own spoilboard is a good intro into using the machine.
