24 watt laser intall

Hello fellow onefinity community. Hope your holidays were as grateful as mine and hope lots of happiness for the 2026…..and lots of new projects.

I recently install the 24 watt laser on my woodworker CNC at the lowest position and my CNC is equip with the 65 air cool spindle. I noted that the spindle is actually lower than the laser. Is this the norm or I am missing something?

This is normal. Just adjust your spindle higher so the laser sits just a hair lower.
