I’ve not used v-carve’s laser plug in, but in getting my j-tech - 44w setup in light burn I was surprised that things were not burning as fast as I thought they would. after a couple of weeks I learned that default "S-value max " setting in Lightburn was 255. While the “S-value max” for the laser is 1000. So when I would say burn at 100% power it was only turning on to about 25%. I would check to see how v-carve handles this as presumably there must be a similar setting - maybe the 24 watt also has a different than default “S-value max”? Something to look into…a little bit of googling and it looks that folks have had a similar issue with v-carve.
