As @TMToronto mentioned, the discussion of a 4th axis usually ends up in the aftermarket controller realm although this thread I saw worked it out replacing the Y axis with the rotary axis (not really a true 4 axis with X,Y,Z,B but does allow for the rotary axis with X,Z,B)
