When I setup my rotary, I verified using a Vbit in the spindle and a V bit in the headstock chuck and tailstock center. After some shimming I was able to get parallel in all directions. Hi David, Support is more than willing to work with you! They responded to your latest ticket! They wanted to ensure it wasn’t something within Masso software/firmware first. It looks like they suggest a loose coupler on your motor shaft connecting the chuck.
