Add auto dustboot control for machine with automatic dustboot

Iād be happy if they just made the collar on the sm boot a bit taller there are way too many instances where it only holds on to the spindle by less than a quarter inch and that nut to hold the clamp makeit so it does not fall out i am gonna glue mine in.
