Does anyone has an experience purchasing Mechatron spindles from spindel-shop.de?
I was quoted higher prices for HFS-8022-24-ER20, cable and collets then on website, explaining it by “Deliveries to the USA are associated with higher costs” However after payment was made, received email that “transfer is still missing 115€ shipping costs, which I would like to ask you to transfer.”
When I requested cancel the order and refund money, they responded “Of course, we will refund your payment immediately.” However still no refund and no spindle and I had to open a PayPal dispute.
Does anyone has a good experience with them or it’a s fraudulent website?

https://spindel-shop.de is the official shop of Mechatron GmbH, Germany. I bought my spindle and the cooling station with coolant liquid and ER 20 collets there. They also sell ready-to-use configured VFD cabinets. There are some other forum members here who bought their spindle there.

I was really surprised with this kind of experience with them, since I read some members suggested their spindles.
The one way I can explain it, if their website was hijacked somehow.
I hope PayPal can help me now.
