Adobe illustrator (subscription), CorelDraw (subscription), Affinity Designer (affordable, one-time payment), and Inkscape (free) are the most used vector drawing programs. just depends on your need and budget.
After buying Affinity Designer two years ago on the advice of this thread I’ve never looked back. Well worth the price.
