yes the switch or the fuse check the fuse first as it is a lot easier to do. but my bet is the switch also

As an aside, I’d add that as I recall, one should turn the screen on first, so that the controller recognizes it when it boots up.

It sounds like your controller isn’t getting power at all. Check the internal fuse, AC input, E-stop circuit, and power supply. If nothing powers on, the controller or power supply may be faulty-contact Buildbotics support for replacement.
