Can i ask why my laser fan have work but no laser out

My machines is journeymanX-50 and the laser
Is J TECH 24W QUAD PRO all the cable are correct but I don’t know why the laser no came out but the fan have working the commands M3S10 also no any laser out.

There are a few things that come to mind:

  1. Have you seen the adjustment on the JTech unit? Also from JTech here.
  2. Have you found the thread about the power levels being different (I think 100 up to 1000 now)? Closest match I’ve found so far is this mention and also this in the same thread
  3. Have you also seen some of the other threads like this about setup?
  4. Try this search query: Jtech 100%
