I’m on a Foreman Pro using Carvco to produce gcode. I was trying to cut some circular coasters when I noticed my circle is far from circular. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
I believe my rails are parallel. What is the best way to test?

Did you happen to throw out your red couplers?
Nope. Those are still in place. I’m trying again. This time creating the gcode from Fusion. I want to cut out the software from the troubleshooting equation.
What post processor did you select?
On Carveco “Onfinity - BB (inch)”
In Fusion “onedinity_fusion360.cps” v2022.02.21.1
Carveco should be able to produce a perfect circle with no problem, something had to be off somewhere.
Pat
Agree but what was off? I can’t seem to find it.
Can you post the NC code that made the part that was so badly out of round?
We will then be able to tell you for sure if it is or is not the post processor.
