Skipped a tooth or just traversing too fast?

Cutting some G10 with a 1/4" carbide bit, 2 flutes. I noticed on the first pass, there is a perfect 1/8" step, see pics. Simulation and file look good, my only assumption is the traverse speed is too fast on the Masso. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. This is my first real project on the new Onefinity elite foreman. I’ve got good dust collection setup for this and wearing my respirator while cutting this stuff.

Solved - it was the dreaded red bushings in the couplers, I had not included those during setup.
