Confused…. Launch Week 2025 Email Regarding My Batch 2 Order

So I received this strange email about Launch Week 2025 and whether I still wanted them to ship my Batch 2 order at the end of November??? Really confused by this… why would they offer to let me out of it or why would I want to get out of it???

Can someone please explain what is going on for me??

We might come out with new products or deals during our annual launch week/Black Friday or such that you may feel like “crap, I just got my machine delivered and the very next day they come out with X and I wanted that!”

This is our way of making sure you don’t feel like you got screwed :slight_smile: and prevent remorse or returns.

So we are giving you the option to:

  1. just ship what your ordered in batch 2 because your happy with what you have and do not care what could potentially be released
  2. wait so you don’t feel like you have buyers remorse.

Thank you for sending the email and letting me know there are options. I call that good communication and customer service. For my part, I am happy with the order I palced and emailed back Ship my Batch 2 as scheduled! I don’t know what else at this point I would need other than a rotary access and tool changer. Mine is an Elite Foreman and I have another cnc that is 1500x1500 with a 2.2 water cooled spindle and a rotary axis. Right now, since I donn’t have my machine yet, I don’t know. what I don’t know. Hopefully my machine will be here before launch week . Maybe I can take advantage of some of the “sweetness”! Thnaks and peace out!

My interpretation for the choices is:

(a) hold your order and wait for launch week, after which you can (a1) release your order (effectively cancel) and order different products at the then current pricing or (a2) resume your order as-is with no changes to your order or price, possibly (slightly?) longer lead times.

(b) ship your current order ASAP, possibly before product announcements

If I read that correctly its a very nice gesture by OneFinity to extend to open order holders.
I had this new product envy happen to me when I ordered my original woodworker so I like having this choice. I hope I’ve interpreted this offer correctly.

When will you announce the blackfriday/ launch week sale items? I missed out on the last offer.

To clarify once more…

We can keep our order and pricing in place until launch week is released. We can then browse through the launch week “deals/packages” and if we find one we would prefer instead, we can switch to the alternative launch week promotion.

OR we can wait until launch week has been released and time to decide if we would just keep our original “batch 2 Redline” promo at the promotional pricing. Correct?

Correct.

  1. ship now and you don’t care about launch week.
  2. wait and see what launch week has, pass on whatever it may be, and your current order stays exactly like it is and we ship when you pass on launch week stuff
  3. you see launch week and want to change your order. We cancel and refund, then you buy launch week stuff and join whatever queue launch week has.

Approximately when will batch 3 be ready to order and ship? I think I’m signed up for your emails. If you could give me an idea on the date or around, that would be great. Also, do you keep a list of people that want it that maybe we can take one if someone cancels from batch2?
