Hello Everybody,

Recently, I have been experiencing many random “UI crashes” from my controller.
The web interface on both my touch screen and networked PC becomes unresponsive and I need to reboot.

I updated it to 1.0.9. but the problem is still present.
I don’t think it’s my gcode that could be causing the problem, because this has happened to me using 3 different programs (HSM, F360 and CarbideCreate).

I already read this thread but didn’t find a fix.

Are you sure you have clean good power? It may be worth moving the controller to a different circuit from the router and see if that helps.

I think I have good power. No signs of dimming or slow start. I also ran the profile gcode cutting air and still same. Produced the Gcode in Vcarve three times and still failed.

I’m having the same issue. I don’t think it’s the gcode either. It has happened to me on three separate. projects. It will happen in different spots in the program. After rebooting I can then get completely through the program or it will crash in a different spot. I have the controller and the router in different circuits as well.
