Crooked/misaligned Y Axys? How to calibrate?

Good day, Fellas. I don’t think this is a case of a misaligned stock as I had a contour pass cut out the aluminum panel as the last step. It comes out crooked and I don’t know why. I figured the infinity CNC, with all of it’s aluminum (iron) brackets would be pretty spot on in terms of alignment but alas, as you can see here. the Y axis has a bit of a dip. I didn’t get a perfect 90 degree angle when 2D contour milling this plate.

Any idea how to make sure at both left and right Y axis are aligned?

I think that is the first step in setting up the machine. Check the videos

I checked the Y position. It was off by 10mm. Gonna fix that.
