Within an hour of receiving the package, I have installed the ball-nut and stepper. Everything works great now. I lubricated the new ball nut and the left rail nut also. This was a learning experience but a lesson I could have lived without! After contacting support they immediately sent me a new ball-nut and stepper motor. I received the package in two days from DHL. Once again I am very impressed with the support I have received with OneFinity. Happy I got this machine - No regrets.
