Elite Journeyman & Foreman(?)

I’ve got an Elite Journeyman I’m looking to sell. For newbies, its cut area is 48x32 and I’m selling it as I upgraded to a Foreman that hasn’t yet been used. The Foreman(48x48) is new and never used. I purchased it Christmas Eve and got it at the end of January. I got the spindle 2.2kw (Redline) at the end of February. It’s been sitting in my basement since that time. In the last few weeks, I did take the rails out of the box and I did open the spindle to look at as I’ve never seen it in person. My question on the foreman is do people want one so bad would they pay around $5700 + shipping? Or am I crazy? Back story on me. I’m kind of a tool flipper. I enjoy buying them..using them for a little while and upgrading. The other reason I’m thinking about selling the Foreman is my mom broke her hip this winter and she needs 24-hour care after the surgery due to things related to her age so my time for CNC playing is way less since that happened.

Journeyman comes with the following:
Masso controller
Makita router
Double Barrel dust boot
Eazy- Z Tool Setter - new in-box
Pendant - non-Masso
No table included

Foreman:
Foreman - with stiffy (never used)
Masso controller (never used)
Redline 2.2 kw spindle (never used)
eZ button for MASSO G3 touch (new)
Tool-setter metal worker one (new)
Atc (not shipped yet) plus dust boot (not shipped yet)
Dust boot - I think it’s the Raptor (blue)
I’m honestly just trying to break even on the Foreman and that’s the only way I sell it and I won’t sell it until I sell the Journeyman if I end up keeping one it’s going to be the Foreman, not the Journeyman.
