hello all well i am finally back. Due to open heart surgery recently. I have been offline and out of touch. Quadruple bypass will do that you ya! Just so you know. I am looking for information on the new spindles. My quandary is I have a Build Botics journeyman unit with a Makita router. I have always wanted a spindle, but I also wanted it to not void my warranty and have it be supported by 1F. What I am wondering is what are the opinions on upgrading? Do I get the Masso upgrade kit and redline spindle or just the spindle. I feel almost like a newbie with so many new options to look at and choose from. any help while i surf the forum anew would be greatly appreciated. thanks again to all.
There is a Redline spindle option for the BB controller.

good to hear back from you. Hope you’re doing well. You can now upgrade to the RedLine spindle, which is supported and sold by 1F. The Masso upgrade would be a separate purchase.

thank you. I have one more question since i have the x50 journeyman build botics. In order to upgrade to the 220 volt spindle I think i will need both the mount and the z20 and of course the spindle itself. Is this correct?
Yep you would need the Z20 with 80mm mount and of course the spindle. The third rail stiffy is also recommended

ok here goes one more try. I have an X50 journeyman. with the buildbotics controller. I want to get the redline 80 mm 220volt spindle. i want the heavy duty z slider mount and stiffy as well. what do I need to buy please include sku numbers as there are confusions as to what mount goes with what slider for my X50 journeyman. thank you
Z 20 Heavy Duty Slider (Non Elite Machines) then a little down on the page before adding to cart there is a dropdown for mount size - you need to select 80mm
