Did this for a friend in Oak, 1/4 Amana followed by a 1.5mm x 12mm deep

Nice! Did it require much sanding in the flat bottom pocket areas?
the pictures are before I sanded it, there were some very minor tool marks around the profiles, that need a little sanding.
Nice really looks good on the oak good job
