Hey guys! Does anyone knows why the time of cut is almost duplicated in Fusion360?

Hi Tono - so it looks like your estimated cut time in Fusion is half the actual cut time? Unless you are talking the total cut time which is fairly close? In either case, Fusion does not know the machine’s acceleration, jerk, and other parameters, so the estimate assumes no real-world physics. Contrastingly, the OF controller knows all those parameters and can compute a much more accurate estimate. If you edit the post processor, you can scale the estimated cut times to get a better estimate.
