Has anyone created a S.O.P. document before I write my own?

Hi all.

I’m about to write a Standard Operating Procedure for our X35 woodworker (with PWN Spindle kit) as the machine is in a teaching lab within the University of Edinburgh. But, before I lose an afternoon, has anyone got anything similar that I can build on/modoify for use here?

If not I’ll post up mine once its done.

Thanks to all.

I’m not aware of one but Daniel (from PWN CNC) might have one.

This is not really a full “document,” but instead a checklist that I created to mimic a pilot’s checklist. I did this when I still used the Makita router, and regarding a spindle, I would simply add the “warm up” period for the spindle motor in there somewhere. Perhaps this could be used as a starting point?
