Great video, we are all learning. I have the same setup with a Festool. I also have a Dylos air quality monitor. I’ve seen some claiming that a 4" dust port is really needed in order to remove fine, airborne dust. However, my direct testing, including putting the Dylos right on the spoil board while running a surfacing operation shows that the Festool worked flawlessly. The small and large particle dust counts stayed basically constant. That dust boot system works very, very well.
