How do I resolve the z-axis over indication?

Error changing y-axis zero point during operation.
The x and z axes are fine, and only the y-axis is experiencing errors.

One or two out of 10 times have this error, so I can’t leave the machine.

I need your help.

P.S., the motor suddenly makes a sound and the zero is changing.

At this point, I rebooted and re-zeroed the probe to work.
