During the operation, the y-axis motor suddenly makes a strange sound, causing the y-axis to change its zero point. Only the y-axis is changing.

it is likely that something obstructs the movement. There can be different causes for this. See here for details.
One cause could be that should your machine not be properly rectangular (“squared”), the Y movement can block.
