How do I transfer the 1 year warranty if I sell/buy a used machine?

In the event you sell or purchase a used machine, the original purchaser must contact us and give permission to transfer the warranty to the new owner. The original purchaser must provide the new owners name, address, phone number, and email address.

In the event that a user purchases a used machine but the original purchaser has not contacted us the warranty will not be transferred. This is due to privacy laws.

The warranty start date is from when the original purchaser was shipped their machine. It does not start over when a user purchases a used machine.

It is important that a user inspects the machine and has the original purchaser contact us to transfer the warranty before a transaction is made. If, for some unknown reason, a user is selling an ‘sealed’ unused unit, it is imperative that that original owner opens the box to confirm the contents are present within 30 days of receiving the machine. If something is missing or damaged outside of the 30 days and it was unnoticed due to the purchaser not opening and confirming the contents, the loss will not be covered by Onefinity.
