How do I transfer the 1 year warranty if I sell/buy a used machine?

In the event you sell or purchase a used machine, the original purchaser must contact us and give permission to transfer the warranty to the new owner. The original purchaser must provide the new owners name, address, phone number, and email address. In the event that a user purchases a used machine but the original purchaser has not contacted us the warranty will not be transferred. This is due to privacy laws.
