How many amps does an Elite system draw?
This is a tough question as this is not typical as all motor don’t run at the same time.
So let’s say 3A per motor x4 =12A + 1a for the controller =13A DC @ 36V.
So DC watts =13Ax36V = 468 Watts DC
Now to convert DC watts to AC watts we divide by 120V to get AC amps 468watts/120V= 3.9A because the power supply are only 80% efficient at converting power we multiply it 1.2 (adding 20%) we get approx 4.7Amps
These are approximate numbers.
This is the worst case and will never happen in real life. Typically, the machine will be using 2 AC amps. The router and vacuum are the power hogs.
