How To Adjust Bearing Stick Out On Rails

There may be times you need to adjust bearing stick out on the rail bearings.
If you look at the picture below, you’ll see 4 green arrows pointing to holes. These holes have grub screws inside. These grub screws hold the 4 bearings in each gantry block. There are 4 holes and grub screws on either side of the block, for a total of 2 grub screws holding each bearing in place.
To adjust each bearing, simply loosen the two corresponding grub screws adjust the stick out of the bearing, and retighten the grub screw.

The bearings should have 19.17mm of stick out on either side of the gantry block on X-35 Y Rails.
