been while since I actually did something with the software. I know that you can drag the ATC download anywhere but how do I get it to some place in relation to the actual size of the material IE the spoil board. I have a rotary and with it installed, the ATC has to be about 10 inches from the start of the spoil board. In the front left corner. So how do I picture the spoil board and then place the template where I need it to live and then run the program? I have watched the videos but they just show it as if it is already in the software my question is how did they get it into the software to begin with? I am good with mechanics but shit with software.
do I make my job material size the size of my spoil board and go from there?

Yes, bring your spoilboard layout in with your rotary location, then add the vector data for your ATC and position where you want it. It looks like you answered your own question.
