I thought the community might be interested in this deskproto video of lasering details onto a 3d relief carving.
I’m tempted to splash out on a laser or try it out with my pen holder.
I’d be interested to see people’s results.

Tried this a year a go. Then left a side besause of alignement issues.. Using carveco and lightburn maybe made me lost my patience. I was trying to make two cross of model for reference to see beforehand if the 2 model puls the gap from the center of the spindle to the one of laser macht. Wiht the engraving i like to go a bit lighter and it went all the time at the same hight. (OPTlaser PLH3D-XT-50).
