My laser has irregular firing while completing a job. This is the first time I have seen. I have already restarted Onefinity and multiple restarts in the laser. Checked wires are properly seated. What could the issue be beside laser going bad which I hope it’s not since I have only had it for 3 months. I use Vcarve laser as the program.
My guess is that it is something happening inside the laser. Make sure everything is tight and maybe check the focus. Other than that I would notify support of the issue.
If it’s not a uniform failure (Test by doing the same thing in different areas to see conformity) go back through your wiring, testing voltage and resistance, check your I/O and see if it’s being told to fire properly, see if it’s a module failure or not.
