I have seen a grid type chart that shows the results of burning at different intensity and speeds and was wondering where I could get a copy of the file to load and produce the chart on my redline based onefinity x50 journeyman using the J-Tech 14watt laser? Any help will be appreciated.
You can use software like LIghtBurn to generate the test grids for you.
I’ve also seen people selling grids on stores like Etsy, so I imagine there are downloads available for free if you dig into it. I think this has limited value because generally you want to make your own grids, where you start with your own range then maybe make a new one with finer grained divisions once you have the broad range defined. I actually keep the successful grids of different materials with the machine I use in case my material libraries ever get corrupted.
For what it’s worth we were just discussing LightBurn with a 1F and Tech laser the other day in this post: Cutting Technique Suggestions? There is some valuable information there regarding exporting to the 1F from LightBurn and configuration if you decide to investigate that route.
Thanks for your input
