Machine moving outside machining area (MASSO)

Good morning folks
Elite Foreman running 5.07 (just recently updated motor update)
Just started a new project. Job setting origin centred in software
Saved file to elite Masso inch default
Homed machine moved to job centre location and zero x,y and zero as usual
Started program machine took off to front looking for a G54 offset I am assuming an ATC
I never programed one
Is this an update issue if so how do I revert to previous settings?
Thanks for your assistance

Are you sure you had G54 xero’d? Not one of the other other work offsets?

Can you post the first section of your Gcode?

Is this with the new redline and RTC controller?

So its the Masso with Redline Spindle (manually conntrolled)
All my other files seem to start at work origin but this file moves to the front of the table for a tool change

I don’t see any part of the code that switches the machine into the G54 work coordinate system (WCS). You could be in a different WCS, like G53, G55, G56, etc…

On Masso, it says the current WCS at the top of the screen. If your not in G54 you can switch to it by typing G54 in the MDI, or there’s a quick-access button on the probing screen.

A better program will insert a line that just says G54.

Here’s what that looks like.
