We’ve had our machine up and running for a few months now. We use it often but not excessively. We went to use it today and the Magedoc screen just keeps flashing at the same time that the button on the remote does. We try to restart the system again and use a new HDMI cord and the system will not work. We have no idea why. What other way can this be corrected ??
Is the screens power connection working or is it only getting power from the USB?
