Manual Tool Change Problems

I am new to CNC. I have an apprentice with redline controller, HMI, and 65mm spindle. I am using Carveco. I have created a toolpath with multiple bits, I have remembered to number the different bits so I can save all the tool paths in one file. First tool works great, but when it gets to the second tool id doesnt stop for the manual change. I have found in the settings the “Tool change mode” and selected “Manual (move to manual tool change position on M6)” but it does not let me select the option without enabling the tool setter (Which I do not have). I have checked “enable tool setter” then it will let me select “manual tool change mode” then I un-select “enable tool setter”. After doing this the program will pause for the manual tool change, but after changing the tool it wants to use the ATC (which i dont have). I feel like something is missing, I should be able to manually change the tool, reset Z and continue with the carve. I would like to avoid making separate files for every tool if possible.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need the Tool Setter when you have all tool paths saved to 1 file.
