This is a follow up to my previous post.
I have completed the design, machining, and assembly of the acrylic prototype Z axis assembly plates. The hole placements and clearances all worked out well.
Below is link to my YT video showing the parts and some of the acrylic machining. This was the first time I used my vacuum work holding system for an actual project (machining 12 mm acrylic sheet), and it performed perfectly.
