I have been working on a design for a floating dust shoe that will work with my ATC spindle.
I just finished a working prototype, and have created a video that describes what I did and how it works. There are changes that will be made in future iterations, but I am pleased with it so far.
For those interested, the video shows the Fusion design components and how they move, as well as descriptions, photos and clips of the installed prototype. The video ends with some clips of the machining of the aluminum parts.
