Started the masso for first time and recieved the usual alarm for the emergency lock warning. I cleared that and tried to home button but got a new alarm that states motors. I looked at all the step motors and saw the both red and green lights are lit. How do i clear this alarm so i can home machine for the first time?
You need to power off and power on the controller to clear motor alarms.

Couldi have blown a fuse on the controller cause a black screen on the masso?
Is your screen completely off, or is it just not displaying anything? I had an issue with my Masso screen once, but I could tell that the screen was receiving a signal because it would change to a slightly different shade of black when I powered the machine on.
I ended up disconnecting and reseating the cable that connects the Masso controller to the screen, on the controller end.
Could also be a blown main power fuse, as the motors are on separate fuses and would remain powered if the controller loses power.
The first time I fired up mine, I also had the alarm. Come to find out one of the fuses 5 fuses were blown. I just moved the one setting off the alarm to the last connector (The one without an arrow) and everything was fine. Once I changed the fuse on the blown one everything was fine after that.
