Masso and stepper motor alars and lights

New start up on my elite journeyman cnc. At power up had motor alarms. Shut down to clear but now the masso screen does not power up. Three out of the 4 stepper motors have both the green and red lights displayed, the one x motor does not light up. So between the screen and the motors lit or not lit, i am lost as to get this corrected. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
