Matchfit spoilboard - X Axis Soft Alarm

Hi,
I am machining the matchfit spoilboard file that Morgan put together. I am running the 1/4" relief grooves prior to running the dovetail bit. The machine has run two vertical grooves furthest to the right and the two horizontal grooves all the way at the top. The machine goes to cut the 3rd vertical groove from the right and makes the first of 3 depth passes no problem. When it goes to step down to make it’s second pass it gives me the attached x-axis soft alarm. This doesn’t make any sense to me since it has already made one pass on this groove and nothing seems to be shown as far as travel moves outside of its travel limits that I can see. I have shut off the machine, re-homed, re-zero’d and ran again and it stops at the same spot. I have tried running some of the other grooves individually and it spits out the same alarm now. Any ideas?

Here is a picture showing the perimeter grooves machined so it doesn’t make sense that it would give a soft alarm for the grooves that are in the middle of the board.
