OK notice in the picture of the actual project just the rings cut mirrored centered from east to west.
In the picture with the toolpath is hoe it should have cut.
It was supposed to go around the G and Y in Gabby. you can clearly see under Zack is the G and Y cut around. As well as the L and D.
Anyone have this happen to them and Why How???
Thank you for any productive comments.

Those with experience that may wish to offer productive responses may need more information…
CAD/CAM program used
PP used
Perhaps CAD/CAM toolpath details
Copy of file if willing/able to provide it
Although you may get general ‘what causes mirrored cuts’ answers.

I would also include what machine you have as that does seem to play a factor into issues listed here too.
You can also run your gcode through an online simulator to make sure it is technically correct which is a test of the actual CAM/PP output.

My two cents, when you created the first circle did you mirror it to create the second circle?
You could have a stacked copy below

I appreciate your comment but I don’t think it’s the circle. I have done this project 6 times now. plus why would the toolpath look correct and the cut not? I saved the toolpath then ran it, I just don’t understand the results.
One program is NCViewer - it is what I use. Below is the toolpath that your gcode generated.

So what would cause this? you can clearly see the toolpath in aspire is different than the generated Gcode.
is this a glitch that you have heard of? I’m not that new at this and this has not happen before.

Couple of things
Check the post-processor to see if its correct
Machine configuration settings
Model orientation (Its possible that its inverted)
This can happen when clicking and dragging a size grip

I also use NC viewer here: NC Viewer // GCode Viewer and Machine Simulator
I agree lets see the vcarve file now and maybe its something funky with your PP or how it was setup.

Did you design it using a 2 sided job? and have it on the back? That would cause it to be mirrored. Just a though

I don’t have Aspire so can’t see what you are trying to carve or help with the mirroring issue. I created this in Vcarve using the technique for stacked text. Hope it’s somewhat helpful.

I tried to open this but it gives me an error. I would second maybe the job was created as a double sided and something went wrong but I couldnt say.
