I noticed at 19sec in He is using plywood without the T tracks on the QCW. I’m wondering how he did this. Did he turn the t tracks down and fasten another way? Double sided tape? Long screws through the t track square tubes?
Morgan decided not to use the T-slots in the QCW so he made the Matchfit system instead. So instead of using the MDF he decided to use plywood instead. SO he attached the plywood from the underside using the screw holes already on either side of the T-slot just as if you were going to cut up the MDF board in place them in-between the T-slot beams. So most likely he placed a shim on either side of the t-slots so the plywood would sit on top of the t-slot rails and attacked the plywood with wood screws from the underside. You will have to make sure the matchfit slots will not run into were the screws are holding the plywood from underneath. You would need an answer from Morgan on how he actually attached the plywood to the QCW .
