Yes, I will have to agree with you there as I am also expecting mine around the same time or there after. I would definitely want it replaced, who knows what caused the damage and maybe could even be bent as well.
Last update on this. Onefinity came through and got me a replacement ball screw assembly that has addressed my issue. Thank you to the Onefinity team and the forum for your insight and support.
