For sale is a Journeyman CNC machine with the BB controller and the table that it is mounted on. There is a Makita router that will come with it.
Upgrades: Z-20 spindle mount in 65mm and OneFinity drag chain accessory kit are included with it. There is a wired controller and the factory aluminum touch pad.
The table is a Kreg and I have made the top modular so that the portion of the spoilboard that takes the wear can just be swapped out for another piece of MDF board. The actual table top is 3/4” cabinet-grade plywood with an MDF on top of that with the modular part fastened to that layer. (I will include another piece of 3/4” MDF that has already been cut for this.)
I have been using a water-cooled 65mm spindle on it. The water line, water line mounts on the drag chain, and the water-cooled spindle are not included in the price.
I have had this about a year and am upsizing to one of the Gen 2 Foreman. This has been used as a hobby machine and I have had zero issues with it. The maintenance on the ball screws and slides has been done. It has been in a climate controlled basement.
This water-cooled spindle would be available for purchase if you want but that will be an additional amount. If you wanted the complete setup, we can talk about that. It would then be basically a “turn-key” setup that you would just plug in and go. It is a name-brand 1.5 kw water-cooled spindle complete with VFD wired for 110v. All you would need is a chiller.
I am located just north of Springfield, IL. I currently have it setup and am using it for minor projects so you can see if run.
Not interested in trades as I am clearing up the space for the new machine.
