Very cool, do you sell the file?
No I don’t. Made it for my parents and want it to remain one of a kind.

Here you go. Try this.
Finished a drill/battery storage rack using my Elite Foreman yesterday! Turned out great.
I’ve seen a ton of these online, but none had all the features I wanted. Particularly, I wanted a way to keep the cords all neat and tidy. This design has a built-in flip-up cover to conceal a power-bar and cords.
Posted the files up on my Etsy page for others that might be interested in a fun project!
Can be cut out with a 1/3 sheet of 1/2” ply.
Here are two inlay cutting boards that i made with the Cutting It Close inlay cutting board kits that they sell. I made the smaller one and a bigger one. This is the first and second time that I have made an inlay cutting board. I think they turned out really good.
What sizes are those?
I really like the rocking horse. Did you create the file or purchase it?
The big one is 12 x 18 and the small one is 9 x 12.
I bought this file. I modified it quite a bit, but have designed other rocking horses myself. I bought this one to save some time.
My Kids would love this!
I gotta make one.
It takes a half sheet of 3/4 plywood if you nest the parts.
I wanted a ‘console’ for the two buttons that control my garage door openers, but the stuff in stores was boring. Also, you’d want to open the correct door, so there should be some clue. Here’s a view of the garage:
So with the CNC and some scrap cherry, here’s the console:
This is what it is all about, having a need for something creative and being able to produce it. Your only limit is your imagination. That is cool!
My first complex inlayed end grain cutting board. I am extermely pleased with the repeatability and precision of the Onefinity. I cannot tell you how many times the walnut has been off the board so I could cut the plug for the inlays. It is a work in progress, as there is some purple heart being glued up as a plug right now. I will post up as different inlays are completed.
One other thing, I did a lot of practice on scrap wood before I got up the nerve to cut into walnut, maple, padauk, and yellow heart.
As I learned doing practice in scrap, tool path order is critical to prevent blow outs or chip outs.
I cannot sell this as it is a trademarked logo. Why make it? Our association has a scholarship auction that raises money to pay for scholarships for dependents or relatives of Aviation Ordnancemen. Every year I make and donate a project to help raise money for this fund.
Seeing how this year is the Navy’s 250th birthday, I wanted to make something special that could be proudly displayed by a Navy or Marine Aviation Ordnanceman.
Yesterday I got the purple heart inlayed, and started the inlay and plug for some padauk. The purple heart is pretty brown from being freshly machined.
It’s HDPE, which is short for High Densty Polyeurethane. It is outdoor rated for like a 100 years. Great material for outdoor signs and they use the thick stuff to make playground buildings.
