A year ago I released a monitor extension mount for the Gen1 machines. It’s been a huge benefit for Gen1 Elite owners, but until now it didn’t fit the new Gen2 Elite machines with Redline HMI touch screen.
The product has been updated, and now fits all Onefinity models!
This extension moves your Redline HMI controller, Masso monitor, or BB controller screen away from the machine and adds valuable clearance between the control screen and the router/spindle. The clearance prevents the spindle from striking & damaging the monitor.
If you’ve added an 80mm spindle, dust collector or laser to your machine, this extension bracket is essential to protect your spindle from colliding with your monitor.
While I considered making a long-riser version, that project never made it to the top of the to-do list! If enough requests are put in, I would certainly give it a go.
This extension was exactly what was needed to keep the Z slider from colliding with the HMI when homing. The part was engineered and manufactured perfectly. Installation was painless and took about fifteen minutes. I had a couple questions and the owner, Mike answered them quickly. Outstanding product and customer service!
