I have a used PwnCNC Dust Boot V7 for 65-69mm collar and 4” dust hose. Works as it should. Small area of plastic broke off which does not affect operation. New is $133 shipped. Asking $65 shipped or $50 picked up in Greenville, Wisconsin.
