QCW and reversed Y rails?

Has anyone with the QCW reversed the Y rails? If so, are there any limitations of note? I have my Y rails reversed right now so my Dustboot does not stick our way beyond the rails (Enclosure considerations) Hope to get my QCW within the next few weeks and wondering if i need to rethink my current setup…

Looks like a busy weekend ahead for me. Great weather expected, QCW arrived a few days ago, and all the drag chain parts are printed and hardware has arrived.
