Why didn’t you order the secure from beneath QCW?

Honestly I thought it would be easier to have the secure from above once the machine was setup.

Yeah I am figuring this out. I made a file for the holes on the mdf pieces. Super easy to do and took about 30 min. I made my mdf a snug fit on the t track. The middle pieces were fine at 8,875. The left and right were 10 inches.

The QCW X bar and T-tracks results in a lose of about 1" of Y direction work area. I added this board to support the extended wasteboards over the bar - and recapture the lost 1"

So I ordered a t-track bolt kit for this thing and found out its not 1/4-20 which highly annoys me. I think I may just put a whole sheet of mdf over the ttracks and secure it that way and put my own normal sized t tracks in.

That’s weird. I use 1/4-20 bolts on my QCW t-track. Are you sure you didn’t buy a 5/16 kit? Early on there were people that talked about wishing QCW supported that common size too. QCW T-track Size - #10 by kriaz101
